REVOLUTIONARY AND PROVEN
Through an innovative combination of ozone, cavitation and electrochemical processes, Ozonix® provides a chemical-free, proven system for water recovery, treatment, and recycling. Ozonix® achieves a 10 to 20 times multiplier over the use of ozone and cavitation when used by themselves, removing 99.99% of bacteria in water and eliminating the need for chemical biocides, scale inhibitors and friction reducers. Disinfection time is fast making it perfect for on the fly, mobile wastewater treatment applications, and generates no harmful disinfection byproducts.

INTRODUCING THE EF80
The Ozonix® EF80 is a mobile, advanced oxidation system specifically designed, developed and manufactured to treat 100% of the water required for clean energy production. Built for increased flexibility and to maximize utilization, the EF80 can be used to pre-treat raw water needed for fracturing operations or for the post-treatment of flowback and produced waters at pond sites or fixed facilities. The EF80 is capable of processing high flow rates up to 12.5 cubic meters per minute (3,360 GPM) or up to 17,000 cubic meters per day. The EF80 eliminates biocides and scale inhibitors typically used to manage microbial growth and scale deposition, providing operators with a chemical-free method of managing petroleum industry wastewaters.
